After 5 years of private practice at major New York City IP boutique & general practice law firms, Kevin spent almost 4 years as senior in-house counsel at the world's largest business software company, SAP, including a 3-year foreign assignment in Germany. After moving back to the US, Kevin returned to private practice. Cumulatively having spent 6 years living abroad, Kevin is able to effectively interact with foreign associates & clients, appreciate cultural differences, and adjust to international industry practices. Admissions: Admitted to New York bar in 1998 and Illinois bar in 1999; registered to practice before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1998; also admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
